Belt For Aluminum Extrusion

Our felt belts are specially designed for aluminum profile production plants and are used in conveyor belts for belt-shaped belts. Our felt is available in 4 materials: PBO, Kevlar, Nomex, Polyester, which can withstand different operating temperatures: 600℃, 500℃, 280℃, 180℃, which could meet the needs of the entire production process. Overall seamless design better protects the aluminum profile from scratching and greatly improves the aesthetics of the product.

PBO (HPK-B) Endless Felt Belt: could withstand temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius

Kevlar (HKN-B) Endless Felt Belt: could withstand temperatures up to 580 degrees Celsius

Nomex (HNN-B) Endless Felt Belt: could withstand temperatures up to 280 degrees Celsius

Polyester (HPP-B) Endless Felt Belt: could withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees Celsius
